A versatile mid-century daybed by Guy Rogers, from the “Hollywood” range—an understated and highly functional design produced in England during the 1960s.
 
Crafted with a solid timber frame and clean, architectural lines, the design reflects the practical modernism that defined Guy Rogers’ approach to furniture. The low profile and balanced proportions allow it to function equally well as a sofa or occasional daybed.
 
This example features integrated sliding storage compartments concealed beneath the seat—an uncommon and highly practical detail. Extending from either side, these compartments provide discreet storage for bedding, throws, or everyday items, making it particularly suited to compact or flexible living spaces.
 
The piece will undergo full restoration in our workshop upon arrival. This includes tightening and gluing of all joinery, refinishing of the timber where required, and a complete upholstery rebuild.
 
Upholstery will be completed in your choice of fabric, allowing the final piece to be tailored to suit your space while ensuring modern comfort and durability.
