A beautifully crafted mid-century extending dining table by Gudme Møbelfabrik, a respected Danish manufacturer known for producing high-quality furniture with refined proportions and exceptional timber selection.
Crafted in richly grained palisander, the table showcases the striking natural variation and depth of tone that defines this sought-after timber. The oval form sits on a sculptural pedestal base, allowing for comfortable seating and a clean, uncluttered profile.
The table features two extension leaves, expanding with ease to accommodate larger gatherings while maintaining its elegant proportions when closed.
This piece will be fully restored in our workshop, including a complete refinish of the top and base to bring out the depth and character of the timber, while ensuring a smooth and durable finish.
