A beautifully proportioned Australian mid-century extension dining table by renowned furniture designer Gerald Easden for Module Furniture. Easden was one of Australia’s significant post-war furniture designers, known for his refined, functional modernist designs and distinctive use of timber.
 
The table features a generous 120.5 cm round top, extending with a 53 cm centre leaf to create a spacious oval dining table measuring 173.5 cm long — compact enough for everyday dining while offering plenty of room when entertaining.
 
Originally restored by us for our clients, the table has now returned to The Artz Collection as they have asked us to find it a new home. Before bringing it back to market, Sam refinished and oiled the tabletop again in our workshop, restoring the warmth and beautiful grain of the timber.
 
Shown with four matching Gerald Easden dining chairs, which were also fully restored and newly upholstered by us for the current owners. The table and chairs are available individually or as a complete dining setting.
