How to Claim your Voucher: a) Shop any STORAGE item from our online store during the promotional period. b) Leave a product/ business or service REVIEW via our website.

Your  GIFT VOUCHER will arrive in your inbox, ready to use on any online store purchase. 

Multiple purchases from our STORAGE collection during the promotional period, will result in multiple gift vouchers being issued to the recipient. 

Clients are responsible to provide us with the correct email and contact details to receive their gift voucher. The Artz Collection cannot be held responsible if the voucher was emailed to the incorrect email address and redeemed by another party.

Please note that The Artz Collection is not responsible for the safe keeping of your gift voucher, please treat this gift voucher like you would treat cash. 

You have the option to forward this voucher to your friends and family as a gift. The voucher is a single use voucher and can not be gifted to multiple recipients. 

Once the gift voucher has been redeemed via our website it will no longer be valid, we can not be held responsible if that voucher was redeemed by someone other than the original recipient it was intended for. 

The gift voucher is a single-use voucher and is offered by The Artz Collection (www.artzcollection.com.au)

The gift voucher will be valued at 10% of the value of the STORAGE item bought from our website between 9 September and 8 October 2023 and may be used for the purchase of a stock item at artzcollection.com.au

The voucher cannot be redeemed against multiple purchases on different days

The recipient will not be entitled to any money, refund, further voucher or any other compensation in respect of the residual value, or if the gift voucher is not redeemed.

The gift voucher may not be used: a) When making multiple purchases on separate days b) with other discount coupons, promotions or special offers.

The gift voucher cannot be redeemed against taxes, supplier fees, cancellation or change penalties, administrative fees or other miscellaneous charges, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

The gift voucher may be used per person and per transaction. The gift voucher cannot be used for any purchase previously made and will be deemed fully redeemed once a qualifying purchase has been made.

The gift voucher has no cash value and no refunds or cash alternative will be offered. Improper use of the gift voucher by you including but not limited to publication or selling of the gift voucher is prohibited and may constitute fraud.

In case of a product refund - in line with our refund policy (see store policies for details)- the gift voucher will no longer be valid. Any purchases made with the gift voucher will result in that value being deducted from the refund value, plus administrative fees of $50. 

All purchases are subject to availability, the Website Terms of Use and all applicable terms and conditions which would otherwise apply to that purchase.

The gift voucher may not be used by employees of The Artz Collection or any other person professionally connected with this promotion.

The Artz Collection Pty Ltd reserves the right to vary the gift voucher conditions of use or to withdraw the gift voucher campaign at any time. The Artz Collection's decision is final in all matters relating to this promotion.

The gift voucher is an offer from The Artz Collection and may only be used by Australian residents aged 18 years and over. The Artz Collection reserves the right to require gift voucher recipients to provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of The Artz Collection

If we become aware, or have reason to suspect (in our reasonable opinion), that you have:a) made multiple purchases on the Website using the gift voucher with a view to re-selling any of our products; b) breached, or otherwise do not comply with, the Redemption Requirements or these Terms and Conditions; or c) otherwise engaged in conduct which impacts on the fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this offer, we may, in our absolute discretion, cancel all payments made by you using the coupon code and/or cancel the coupon code.

In the event that:a) the purchase made using the gift voucher is cancelled for any reason; or b) the gift voucher is cancelled pursuant to these terms and conditions, c) the full value of the gift voucher is forfeited by the recipient, and the recipient will not be entitled to any monies, refund, further gift voucher or any other compensation in respect of the gift voucher .

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Artz Collection excludes all liability (including negligence) arising out of or in connection with:a) any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software; b) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; c) any variation in of these terms and conditions; d) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the prize(s).

Gift Voucher is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

These Gift Voucher terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. All parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
