Rosando Cocktail Cabinet/ Console in Silver Ash - Circa 1960

A unique custom-made piece by one of our favourite Australian furniture makers and designers. Paul and Michael Rosta, often referred to as the Rosando brothers, produced some of the most exquisite hand crafted pieces under the Rosando label.
 
This piece is of course no exception!
 
The Rosando style and design is know for it's angular and geometric lines, intricate inlay work and veneer patterns. We love the triangular timber design along the backrest of the seat, and the triangular veneer patterns along the top of the cabinet. 
 
Orignal golden velour upholstery on the seats centered by a gorgeous drinks or display cabinet. The centre piece originally housed a television in the centre console that we've rstored to be a more practicle mirrored drinks cabinet with a single glass shelf. This stunnig drinks/ display cabinet with seating sits on six gorgeous tapered legs and is in Silver Ash veneer.
 
The perfect statement piece for your living room or entertainment room. The talking point for every cocktail party, plenty of stroage space to display your rare collection of gin's. The top of the cabinet is also the perfect resting place for your record player!
 
No structural damage, sturdy frame and legs, new glass and mirrors. This beauty shows slights traces of use as can be expected from a piece of it's vintage. Some slight wear along the back edge and to the original fabric.
