One of the biggest transformations we've done in a while, this swan is now ready to fly!
 
The Fler SC58 needs very little introduction, such an iconic design that it's an unmistakable piece of Australian history.
 
Fully restored - the frame has been dissasembled, hand sanded and refinished in our favourite hard wax oil - OSMO oil. ("Good fof the planet and good for people.")  Crafefully reassembled, glued and clamped - thereby ensuring the structure and frame is ready for the next generation. Finally, reupholstered by our in-house guru who has near 40 years upholstering experience. And...Voilà! 
 
To compliment the gorgeous glow of the timber and the elegance of the frame we chose a fabric from the Zepel Fibreguard range called Centurion Sterling. This range is built on European stain resistant technology making them easy to clean. Spills and stains disappear with water and a clean cloth.
 
An extremely comfortable seat, this lounger/ armchair will soon become your favourite resting place.  All round in exceptional vintage condition with only minor signs of use.
