Gorgeous set of 6 Chiswell Dining Chairs in original striped velour fabric - Circa 1960/70
Iconic Mid Century design with matchstick legs and elegant teak frame with slanted back. The slanted high back with full back rest support make these an extremely comfortable seat.
We love the shape and the curve of the frame, the orignal retro fabric and the honey toned glow of the teak timber! The more I look at them, the more I wonder if we should consider keeping them.
Not often we find a set of this vintage in this exceptional condition. The frames are structurally sound and no movement in the frame and joinery. Small signs of use as can be expected from their vintage. The fabric upholstery is in excellent condition - no tears or stains to the fabric. The seat is firm and comfortable.
No need fro reupholstery, but we do offer in house reupholstery service for those wanting to personalise the fabric. Contact us for a quote.
