Kotler Mid Century Sideboard in Teak, Circa 1960
Australian made Sideboard manufactured by Kotler Furniture. A substantial piece of superior quality, Kotler furniture would easily contend with the likes of Parker and Fler.
We've had the pleasure of working on a few Kotler pieces and we're always pleasantly surprised with the quality and craftsmanship.
Love the detail of the blonde-wood solid timber trimming and handles to compliment the teak frame.
Ample storage with two deep cabinets, each with a reovable half shelf. These are deep and high enough to easily fit records without the half shelf. Alternatively a great storage option for your bottles and glassware.
The drawers glide open, a gorgeous cutlery tray with timber dividers, three drawers with equisite timber finishing inside.
Sits on a sturdy framed base with tapered bullet legs, this piece was made to last. Immaculate vintage condition. Fully refinished in our favourite hard wax oil, and carefully restored by our in-house team. Slight imperfections from normal use, structurally sound and all mechanisms work well.
