We love the playfulness of this piece, you can almost see how her brush danced accross the canvas. Upon close inspection you'll find a multitude of stories along the canvas. You could easily get lost in this piece.
When I asked Soledad what AURA means to her she replied: "We are surrounded by energies and we can spread some of it too, some people spread joy and positiveness and auras like this are to be celebrated. This painting is praise for those auras, the good ones, the kind that lifts you up every time you see them. Aura as a way of joy."This is such a virbant piece that will fill your space with positive energy and joy! Especially during the colder winter months, it's important to bring some colour into our homes.
Every painting from Soledad is a reminder that life is beautiful and should be celebrated. This is why we have already invested in a piece of our own.
About the Artist:
Soledad was born in Patagonia, a windy, dry and cold area in Argentina. Her mother, who was a plastic artist, cultivated her passion for art from a very young age. When Soledad was younger her family moved around a lot, due to the nature of her father's work. As a result she has found a lot of inspiration from ever changing her surroundings. She has since travelled to numerous destinations around the world and lived in Argentina, London, Colombia and now Australia.
We are truly honoured that Soledad has allowed us to showcase her work and sell this beautiful piece via our online store. We particularly love her abstract work. Her brush strokes are amazing and her use of colour is inspiring.
